WI Meeting at Beamish Museum

We took a WI Meeting on Wednesday 17th May, We were very warmly received by the WI and apparently sparked lots of conversations about Breast Cancer and follow up support. Our friends from Handcrafted also were well received. We hope to work with them again. Gill took along her lovely glass and we sold quite a few items which helps our funds and WI paid us a speakers fee and will recommend us to talk at other WI'S in the area. We had over 50 attendees which for our first event of this kind was amazing Our Carer event on 12th May also went well with 18 attendees. Our speakers spoke very well and we're full of useful information and contacts. We are awaiting feedback from attendees to see where we go next with this.
