Our ladies had a most enjoyable afternoon lasts Friday 2nd October at our monthly meeting where there were joined by Deb from Walk 5K Against Cancer who may have encouraged a few more ladies to join the 5K team at Durham Park Run - go girls. They also heard from our own Gill and Rhoda about the work of the Food Bank and Charity Shop run by Durham Community Partnership, so a full afternoon of chat, information and friendship.
Our next meeting will be on Friday 6th November at 1pm in The Neighbourhood Cafe, Hotel Indigo, Durham when our own Gillian Smellie will be looking at Grief, and the way it affects us all. Hope to see you there.
